How do I get my guide after paying?

A download link is emailed to you straight after checkout. It usually arrives within a minute. If it hasn't, check your spam folder before contacting us.

What format are the guides in?

PDF. They open on a phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader, and the workbooks are made to print at A4 or US Letter.

Can I download a guide more than once?

Yes. Your download link stays active, so you can get the file again if you change device or lose it.

Do you post anything?

No. Everything we sell is digital, so nothing ships and there are no delivery charges.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If a guide isn't useful to you, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it. You don't need to justify the request.

Can I share a guide with someone else?

The guide is for your own use. If a friend would find it useful, please point them to the shop rather than forwarding the file.

How do I contact you?
